Pricing
Pick the band your doors fall into and the price stops moving. Nobody wants to do arithmetic every time they add a unit, and nobody wants a bill that changes because one of them turned over.
Launch pricing. These are the prices we intend to charge, and they are not final. Billing is not switched on yet, so nothing is charged today — the free tier is genuinely free, and a paid band costs nothing while we finish it. We will email anyone on a paid band before that changes.
Annual billing — 20% off every paid tier.
One property, one inspection, no card. The whole mechanism, once.

Fair question, and the honest answer is that for a lot of walks it is fine. It stops being fine at the point somebody who was not there has to decide something.
Perfectly good at storing pictures. The trouble starts when somebody who was not there has to decide what the pictures mean.
The same photos, plus the parts that make them hold up when someone else is deciding.
The free apps are not the problem — storing photos has never been the hard part. Proving when a photo was taken, and that nobody has touched it since, is. Take a locked report apart and check the hash yourself →
A property is a building or a single address you inspect — a house, a duplex, a small block. Units are what you actually walk and rate, so a duplex is one property and two units. The band that matters on every tier is units: Starter covers 10, Landlord 25, Portfolio 50.
Nothing breaks and nothing stops working. We will get in touch to move you to a portfolio arrangement rather than charging you automatically, because past 50 units the product is no longer being bought by one person walking their own doors. We would rather have that conversation than surprise you with an invoice.
They stay locked, and they stay yours. Anything you finalised has already been hashed and signed, and we will not alter it. Export what you need before you go — every report and its PDF is downloadable — and if you come back later your locked history is still there.
No. Tenants never need an account and never pay. They open a link you send them and sign with a code we email them, which is why signatures work on people who have no interest in installing anything.
No. Every tier is flat: unlimited properties and unlimited locked inspections within your band. Starter is $15 a month whether you lock one report or forty, and the free tier is genuinely free rather than free-per-report.
Yes. The checklist templates are written for residential, but you can rate condition, attach photos and lock a report for any space you walk — office, retail, storage. Commercial units count towards your band exactly like residential ones.
One property, one unit, and one full inspection you can lock — watermarked, hashed and signed, with a watermarked PDF. It is the real product with a hard cap, not a countdown: there is no card, no expiry and no feature held back except the watermark and the cap itself.
Pay for a year up front and every tier costs 20% less: Starter $15 becomes $12 a month, Landlord $30 becomes $24, Portfolio $50 becomes $40. On Landlord that is $72.00 a year back in your pocket.
Up or down whenever you like, and the change is prorated. Moving up takes effect immediately so you are never blocked mid-walkthrough; moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Email us within 30 days and we refund the year or the month in full, no questions and no exit interview. You keep the reports you already locked.
Export at any time — reports, PDFs and photos are yours to download, and cancelling does not trap them. We do not sell personal data and we do not use inspection photos for advertising. The Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and for how long.
The free tier is the trial, and it does not expire. We would rather you walk one unit, lock one report and see the hash resolve than start a fourteen-day clock you have to remember.
One property, one locked inspection, no card. If it does what we say, the bands above are the cheapest part of the decision.
